Students should start preparing at the beginning of the semester. Each student learns and understands at their own pace. Everyone’s study routine is different, so create a timetable for preparation that suits you. For example, if you’re an early riser, wake up early and study. If you prefer to study at night, take (take with a grain of salt idiom synonym) a break in the evening to be productive at night. Always follow your timetable. This will help you complete your syllabus on time. Remember to wake up early, eat breakfast, and then sit down to study. Try not to stay up late to study. Avoid sitting for long periods of time, as this can reduce your concentration. Taking planned and appropriate breaks helps retain knowledge. Therefore, include a 5-minute break every 45 minutes in your timetable.

As the day progresses, gradually increase your level of study. For example, if English is easy for you to study and Math is a little difficult, start your day by completing two chapters of English. Remember that tomorrow never comes. So complete your daily studies every day. If students postpone their work until the next day, they will be burdened twice as much.

Students can get nervous writing long answers. Develop a strategy to make it easier. Break the answer into smaller paragraphs or write them down to learn.
– Minimize the use of gadgets from mobile to computer
Take some time off from your mobile phone and social media. Put your mobile phone aside. Stay away from cable TV. This will help you study with greater concentration.

A good lifestyle and a healthy routine will not only help students study peacefully but also increase their concentration levels. Take care of your diet until the exam. Eat light meals and avoid too much fried food. Junk food may taste delicious but is not good for your health. Eat nutritious foods to keep your body and mind active. Eat nuts, peanuts, dried fruits, and fresh fruits.
On exam day, eat a nutritious and sugar-free meal. This is because sugar depletes energy levels quickly. Also, stay hydrated. Drinking plenty of water while studying and on exam day is also important for your brain health.
– Take up exercise and meditation
Be sure to engage in light exercise every day. This will keep you fresh and energized. Exercise is also a great way to reduce your stress. It reduces your mental tension. Therefore, do some exercise to relax your mind. You can take a fifteen-minute walk or do yoga in the morning to calm your mind and body. Engaging in various other sports activities or yoga exercises can also help. Meditation improves concentration, strengthens the mind, and gives it the ability to focus.
– Plan your exam
Make sure you complete your syllabus before the exam. Last-minute preparation will not be good for you. Make charts to remember important formulas in Math, Chemistry, and Physics, and revise them. Attempt mock tests to check your exam preparation. Have everything ready the night before the exam, such as your admit card, center address, and stationery items. Also, know the route to your exam center. Plan to go to the exam hall with friends or classmates only if you know they will be punctual. Read the entire paper before solving the question paper.
