    • Students enrolled in our program will receive two years of comprehensive coaching to prepare for the IIT-JEE examination.   • Free Hostel and Food :

Admission Process

Joining the MCL Educational Initiative by Motion Education is a straightforward and transparent process. Here's a step-by-step guide to admission:

Key Features :

    Eligibility :

  • Annual Family income should be less than 8 Lakhs per Annum. Income Certificate from appropriate Government authority/Income Tax Return of Parents or Parents/Ward's Name registered in Below Poverty Line (BPL) Card/ Antyodaya Anna Yojana Card will have to be submitted before admission to coaching programme. Students unable to produce the Proof of Income at the time of admission will not be eligible for admission to the programme.
  • They should be residents of projected 8 districts with proper resident proof from competent authority.
  • Students should be either appearing or passed in 10th std. (Depending on timing of examination conducted)
  • The wards & dependents of MCL Employees are not eligible under this scheme.
  • Students must clear the cut off of the test to be conducted for entrance by the selected agency....Read more

    • Application :

  • Interested candidates can apply through this dedicated web page by filling out the online application form.
  • The application process will require candidates to provide personal and academic details as well as upload necessary documents.

    • Admit Card :

  • Admit cards for the entrance examination will be available for download from this portal.
  • Applicants will receive SMS notifications containing their unique registration ID and details regarding the examination.

    • Entrance Examination :

  • The entrance examination, MCL-CET, will be conducted offline with OMR sheets.
  • Question papers will be prepared in bilingual format (English & Odia) as per the IIT-JEE examination pattern.
  • Examination centers will be allocated based on the candidates' preferences and place of residence.

    • Selection Criteria :

  • Selection of candidates will be based on their performance in the entrance examination.
  • In case of a tie in marks, seniority will be determined based on age and percentage of marks obtained in the 10th class.

    • Reservation :

  • Reservation policies as per the Government of Odisha will be followed, including reservations for SC, ST, PwD, and Ex-Serviceman categories.
  • Scheduled Cast(SC) & Scheduled Tribe(ST)
    1. a) SC-16.25% shall be reserved for SC Applicants
    2. b) ST-22.5% shall be reserved for ST Applicants
    3. c) The reserved seats are not interchangeable between SC & ST
    4. d) SC/ST Applicants selected for admission on their merit shall not be counted against reserved seats
    5. e) However, any modification made by Government in the reservation policy will be followed during admission
  • Persons with Disabilities (PwD) 5% of sanctioned seats shall be reserved for PwD students with extent of disability not below 40% (Blind & Low vision, hard of Hearing, Locomotors Disability including Cerebral Palsy, Leprosy Cured, Dwarfism, Acid Attack victims & Muscular Dystrophy, Autism, Intellectual Disability, Specific Learning Disability and Mental illness.
  • Ex-Serviceman (ESM), Serving defence Personnel (SDP), Children of Martyrs (CoM) 1% of seats shall be reserved for Self/Children/wife/Husband/ of Ex-Serviceman, Serving Defence Personnel and Children of Martyrs.
  • Unfilled reserved seats will be transferred to the unreserved category at the discretion of MCL.

    • Notification of Results :

  • Results and merit lists of qualified candidates will be uploaded on the web page.
  • Shortlisted candidates will also receive notifications via email/SMS regarding their selection.

    • Enrollment and Orientation :

  • Selected candidates will be required to complete the enrollment process by submitting necessary documents to the CSR Department of MCL.
  • An orientation program will be conducted to familiarize students with the institute's facilities, curriculum, and rules.

    • Commencement of Classes :

  • Classes for the academic year 2024-26 will commence as per the schedule provided by MCL after the enrollment process is completed.
