Nitin Viijay, popularly known as NV Sir among students, is an Edupreneur, working towards the novel cause of infusing quality into education. As the Founder & CEO of Motion Education Pvt. Ltd. he is revolutionizing the learning experience for students with personalized education. He is an Educationist, a Mentor and Physics Guru providing valuable guidance to aspirants preparing for coveted medical and engineering entrance exams. Driven by the zeal to empower students, he established MyBizKid for inculcating entrepreneurial skills among children right from their formative years.
Looking at the ground-breaking work in the field of education, NV Sir has won the BW Disrupt Future Masters 2023 under the BW Disrupt 40 Under 40 Achievers Awards. Prior to this, he received Young Achiever Award by his Alma Mater (IIT BHU) in 2019 as a testimony applauding his entrepreneurial capabilities. In the same year, he undertook the responsibility of organizing the World's Biggest Youth Festival- Kota Carnival (KoCa), which was an initiative undertaken by the District Administration for driving the welfare of the student community of Kota.

Nitin Viijay, renowned by the name of NV Sir is the Founder & CEO of Motion Education Pvt. Ltd. Passionate about teaching, he is known for infusing the best pedagogy teaching methods for students preparing for IIT and JEE exams. He believes that Motion Education’s focus is to work towards the selection ratio of students preparing for the most competitive exams. Working towards the goal, he lays great emphasis on personalization of education to tailor the entire learning process according to the unique needs and capabilities of the individual students.
NV Sir is at the forefront of bringing about the confluence of technology and teaching pedagogy to ensure students receive quality education. Coming with the aim of empowering the students, he continuously strives to improve the accessibility of education across the country. To achieve the goal, he incessantly endeavours to encourage lifelong learning by providing quality education at affordable price.
In the process of democratizing education, he is on a mission to amplify the penetration of Motion Education into the country, to give students the assistance and guidance required to ace the engineering and medical entrance exams. Understanding the complexity of clearing the highly competitive engineering and medical entrance exams, he embarked on the journey to make learning a fun and enjoyable process.
Background
NV Sir developed the passion for teaching during his graduation days at IIT-BHU. He started teaching right from the first-year in college where he enjoyed teaching the students and eventually developed an inclination for it. Realizing his passion for teaching at the time of campus placement, he declined the lucrative job offers and returned to Kota to fulfil his dream of providing quality education to NEET and JEE aspirants to help them excel in the competitive exams. Continuing his journey in Kota, after teaching for a short period in one of the leading institutes in Kota, he moved on to start his own institute with Motion Education in the year 2007.
Education
NV Sir completed B.Tech in Ceramic Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi in the year 2007.
About Motion Education
Motion Education Pvt. Ltd., is a leading coaching institute in Kota that offers courses for the preparation of JEE MAIN & ADVANCED, NEET, AIIMS, NTSE, KVPY & Olympiads & Board. It was established in the year 2007 as Motion IIT-JEE to focus majorly on IIT-JEE preparation. Soon, it ventured into medical preparation as a well and came to be known as Motion Education Pvt. Ltd.
