Ltd. he is revolutionizing the learning experience for students with personalized education. He is an Educationist, a Mentor and Physics Guru providing valuable guidance to aspirants preparing for coveted medical and engineering entrance exams. Driven by the zeal to empower students, he established MyBizKid for inculcating entrepreneurial skills among children right from their formative years.
Looking at the ground-breaking work in the field of education, NV Sir has won the BW Disrupt Future Masters 2023 under the BW Disrupt 40 Under 40 Achievers Awards. Prior to this, he received Young Achiever Award by his Alma Mater (IIT BHU) in 2019 as a testimony applauding his entrepreneurial capabilities. In the same year, he undertook the responsibility of organizing the World's Biggest Youth Festival- Kota Carnival (KoCa), which was an initiative undertaken by the District Administration for driving the welfare of the student community of Kota.

About NV Sir
Mr. Nitin Viijay, widely known as NV Sir, has spent nearly two decades mentoring students preparing for the country’s toughest examinations.
An IITian from Kota and the Founder of Motion Education, he is known not only for his mastery of physics but also for his deep understanding of the student journey.
NV Sir’s journey into education began during his years at IIT-BHU. While helping fellow students understand physics concepts, he discovered something unexpected, a genuine passion for teaching. Students were drawn to his ability to simplify complex ideas and explain them with clarity and logic
What started as small guidance sessions gradually evolved into a lifelong mission: to mentor students preparing for some of India’s most demanding examinations.
Driven by the belief that the right mentorship can transform a student’s journey, NV Sir founded Motion Education in Kota in 2007
