NEET 2026 Syllabus

The Syllabus of NEET-UG 2026 will be exactly the same as it was for NEET-UG 2025. There is no change in the syllabus for NEET-UG 2026 Exam. NEET will be a three hour long consisting of 180 objective type questions (four options with single correct answer) from Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany & Zoology). The exam will be held in 10 languages including – English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Oriya and Kannada.

The question booklet given at the time of NEET Entrance exam consists of 180 Multiple Choice Questions. Out of which 45 questions are asked from Physics and Chemistry, Botany and Zoology will comprise of 90 questions.
