JEE Main Result 2024: The NTA declares the results for JEE Mains usually 10-15 days after the exams have been conducted. The JEE Main 2024 Result Dates are as follows: First Session (January Attempt): 12th February 2024. Second Session (April Attempt): 25th April 2024.

JEE Main Session 2 Result 2024 has been released by the NTA on the official website (idioms website) jeemain.nta.a.cin. Candidates can download their JEE Main Session 2 scorecard by login to the website using their application form number and date of birth. NTA declared the Session 2 result one day before the scheduled date. As per NTA around 2.55 Lakh students are qualified to attempt JEE Advanced exam.

JEE Main Result 2024: JEE Main Session 2 Exam Results 2024 Live Update: The results of the second attempt of JEE Main Entrance Examination (JEE) 2024 have been announced. Candidates can now check their scores at jeemain.nta.nic.in. The credentials required for the JEE Main April session result are the application number and date of birth. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the JEE Main Result 2024 on the official website ntaresults.nic.in or jeemain.nta.nic.in. Candidates can check their JEE Mains 2024 Session-2 April result through the official website of NTA by entering their application number and date of birth or by candidate login. JEE aspirants have to check the official website of JEE Main to know their results. Click on: https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/ or http://ntaresults.nic.in/. Applicants will find the entire details, including aggregate percentile and individual percentile of all three subjects (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) in the JEE Main 2024 Scorecard. The top 2.55 lakh scorers in JEE Main exam 2024 will be eligible to sit for JEE Advanced exam 2024.

JEE Main Toppers 2024 – NTA has released the JEE Main Topper list 2024. This year, a total of 56 candidates scored 100% percentile in JEE Mains 2024. Candidates can check the list of toppers of JEE Main 2024 at jeemain.nta.nic.in 2024. The NTA has released the toppers list of JEE Main 2024 after the declaration of the JEE Main result 2024 (April Session). The list of JEE Main 2024 toppers includes the name-wise list of students who secure the perfect 100 percentile in the Joint Entrance Examination Main 2024 Exam.

The result of JEE Main 2024 is released by the NTA. There will be two sessions for JEE Main and one for JEE Advanced. How to Check NTA JEE Main Result 2024?

Once the JEE Main Session 1 exam is over, the NTA will release the JEE Main 2024 result of this session on the 12th Feb 2024. Applicants must keep an eagle on the official website of the NTA (nta.ac.in/jeemain.nta.nic.in) to know their results. However, keep a note that the JEE Main result is only available in Online mode, no other sources are responsible for declaring the same.

Credentials Required to Check JEE Main Result 2024 JEE aspirants will require JEE Main 2024 application number and their date of birth to check the final result of JEE Main 2024. So, note down your application number somewhere and download the JEE Main 2024 application form to be hassle-free while checking the result.

Steps to Check JEE Main Result 2024

1. Visit the official website of NTA JEE Main 2024.
2. Click: jeemain.nta.nic.in
3. Applicants will find a link to check JEE Main 2024 results, like “View Score Card’ or ‘View JEE Main Result 2024’. Click on that link.
4. Enter the JEE Main 2024 Application number, Applicant’s date of birth and security pin.
5. Click on the ‘Submit’ button.
6. JEE Main 2024 Scorecard will appear on the screen consisting of the details and performance of the applicant.
7. Download the result.

JEE Main Result 2024- Percentile Calculation

The NTA uses the Normalization Formula to calculate the total percentile in the JEE Main exam. The conducting body also gives separate scores for all the subjects (Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry). The process to using the Normalization Formula is:

Final JEE Main Result 2024

As the JEE Main exam 2024 will be conducted in two sessions; hence, the final JEE Main result for both sessions will be declared separately. The result of JEE Main 2024 April session will contain the following details:

• The best out of the two JEE Main 2024 scores
• All India Rank (AIR) JEE Main 2024
• Candidate’s category (if applied)

JEE Main Result 2024: Re-Evaluation/Re-Checking

The NTA does not entertain any sort of request from applicants regarding re-evaluation or re-checking. Hence, the scores acquired by competitors in the JEE Main 2024 result are the final results based on which they will get their college.

Difference Between JEE Main Percentage and Percentile Score

Many candidates get confused when they see their JEE Main scorecard, and some think that percentage and percentile are the same aspects. But these are completely different concepts in which percentage is the exact marks while percentile is the relative marking.

JEE Main Result 2024: JEE Main Cut Off 2024 (Category Wise)

The NTA not only declares the JEE Main result of the session, but it will also release the JEE Main 2024 cutoff. This will give applicants the idea of a minimum score set to qualify for the JEE Main exam. Hence, candidates will know the qualifying percentile along with the declaration of their JEE Main 2024 result. To be qualified for JEE Main and furthermore to apply for affirmation in top engineering organizations like Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), or Government Funded Technical Institutes (GFTIs), applicants ought to have a score equivalent to or over the JEE Main 2024 cutoff.

JEE Main Result 2022: Meet The Toppers (July Session)

JEE Main Result 2022: National Testing Agency announced 24 students as the 100% scorer in JEE Main 2022 exams. Telangana has the maximum scorers followed by Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh. Two students from Uttar Pradesh secured rank 1 in JEE Main 2022 and the top scorer from Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Haryana, Assam, Bihar, and Jharkhand are also mentioned.

Sneha Pareek, the topper student of JEE Main in session one, got the All India Rank (AIR 2) in JEE Main. The Assam girl said that self-study, NCERT books, and revising previous years’ papers were key to her success. “I have devoted six to seven hours [daily] for JEE Main preparation for the last two years. Apart from the study materials provided by the coaching institute, I followed NCERT books and revised previous years’ papers,” said Ms Pareek.

JEE Main 2024 Counselling

JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority) is responsible for conducting the JEE Main 2024 counseling to take admissions in the prestigious colleges in India. The students will be called for counseling after the announcement of the JEE Advanced 2024 result. The steps to participate in JoSAA Counseling 2024 are as follows:

1. The qualified applicants have to register online.
2. Then fill up the choice of college and branch.
3. Applicants have to lock their choices.
4. The result of the seat allotment will be released.
5. Once applicants receive notification to sit for the counseling, they have to report to the allotted institutes.

There will be 6 rounds of counseling, for which applicants have to register once. However, they can amend their choices before every round, for the branch or the college.

Q1. Is JEE Mains 2024 result declared?

As per NTA latest update JEE Main Session 1 Exam Result 2024 is now declared on 12 February 2024, on jeemain.nta.nic.in. According to news shared by NTA, of the total number of aspirants, about 8.6 lacks appeared for paper 1 of the BE/B.Tech program and about 0.46 lakh aspirants appeared for paper 2 (BArch/BPlan).
