JEE aspirants can follow these simple steps to download JEE Main official answer key 2023:
- Visit the official website (idioms website) of the NTA. Click on: https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/.
- There will be a link to check the JEE Main answer key 2023 January. Once the second session is also over, there will be a link for JEE Main answer key 2023 April.
- Website visitors will be redirected to the login portal of JEE Main official answer key 2023.
- Login using the candidate’s JEE Main application number and date of birth.
- Click on the ‘Submit’ button.
- NTA JEE Main 2023 answer key will be displayed on the screen.

How to Challenge JEE Main 2023 Answer Key?
Once the candidate downloads the provisional answer key of JEE Main 2023, they can check and evaluate their performance in the exam. After completing the downloading of NTA JEE Main answer key, JEE applicants can raise objections against the answers provided in the released answer key. There is a fee of 200 INR for each question. Also, the raiser must mention the question ID, the answer provided and the correct answer according to the applicant along with the explanation in support of the correct response. Follow the given below steps to raise an objection against the provisional answer key:
- If any candidate is not satisfied with the response provided in the official answer key of JEE Main 2023, they can raise objections by visiting https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/ is the official website.
- Click on the link to challenge the response provided to the question.
- Login using the candidate’s JEE Main application number and password.
- Note the question ID and correct answer ID of both papers.
- If the candidate finds more than one option correct, note the ID of both answers.
- Save the claim and upload the document in favour of your claim by clicking on the ‘Choose File’ option.
- Do the payment of 200 INR for each question. If the claim is correct, the amount is refunded by the authority.
After the authorities evaluate all challenges raised, the final answer key of JEE Main 2023 is released based on which JEE Main applicants’ marks are calculated and the rank list is disclosed.
JEE Main Paper Analysis 2023 for January 24 Shift 1
NTA has successfully conducted the day 1 shift 1 of JEE Main 2023 paper 1 today. Check JEE Main 2023 paper analysis including difficulty level, total, marks, important topics and more.
JEE Main 2023 Paper 1 Shift 1 was conducted on January 24, 2023, the first day of the JEE Main 2023 exam. JEE applicants were supposed to complete the exam from 9 am to 12 pm. According to the applicants, the overall difficulty level of the paper was moderately difficult. On day 1 of JEE Main 2023, students appeared for the B.Tech paper. From January 24 onwards, BE/BTech candidates will appear for JEE Main 2023 exam.
Maths: In comparison to Physics and Chemistry, Maths paper was lengthy and difficult. Students said the JEE Main 2023 Shift 1 Paper 1 was moderately difficult. Questions were framed from Calculus, Differential Equations in Calculus, Binomial Theorem, Algebra, Probability, Permutation & Combination, Limits, Coordinate Geometry and Definite Integral.
Physics: This section included easy to moderate level questions. Almost equal count of questions was framed from class XI and XII topics. Modern Physics consisted of the highest weightage questions followed by Electrodynamics and Heat and Thermodynamics.
Chemistry: This section also consists of easy level questions according to the applicants. The weightage of Inorganic Chemistry was comparatively more than in Organic Chemistry and Physical Chemistry. Major questions of Inorganic Chemistry were based on NCERT, numerical based questions were asked from Physical Chemistry. Mole concept, p-block elements, Chemistry in Everyday Life, Chemical Bonding, Environmental Chemistry, Thermodynamics, and Coordinate Compounds are some of the topics from which questions were phrased.
