People who choose to dress traditionally must arrive at least an hour early for proper security and frisking procedures. In these situations, candidates must arrive at the exam site (idiom site) by 12.30 pm to allow enough time (race against time phrase meaning) for adequate security checks to be completed without causing the candidate any trouble and safeguarding the integrity of the exam.
