- The candidate aiming to get into the BDS college needs to pass class 12 in science with subjects like physics, Biology, and Chemistry.
- The candidate must attain an aggregate of a least 50 percent for the students belonging to the General category, and for reserved category candidates, the aggregate should be 45 percent.
- To become eligible to get into a BDS college in India, students must attain the age between 17 to 25 years old.
- The students who are aiming to get into BDS need to qualify NEET exam.
CUT-OFF for Best BDS Colleges in India
BDS is one of the most desired courses in the medical courses after MBBS. The candidates have to qualify for the NEET exam and achieve the BDS minimum qualifying marks to get admitted to college. Based on the NEET scores, admissions to BDS course seats are given through the NEET counselling. The NEET counselling is held by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), which consists of All India Quota (AIQ) with 15 percent seats and State authorities with state quota seats of 85 percent.
